Our endocrine glands are subtle yet powerful centers, aligned along the body’s axis, hidden deep within tissue, and quietly influencing every moment of our being. In this workshop, we explore the dance of the glands: from the pituitary within the cranial space, to the thymus in the heart center, on to the adrenal glands, and a fascinating gland-like structure near the coccyx in the pelvic floor. We will sense their anatomical location, their qualitative presence, and their subtle resonance through movement.

Together we dive into hormonal rhythms, exploring regulation and responsiveness, and tuning into the delicate interplay of nervous system, breath, and fascia. How do these internal messengers shape our energy, mood, clarity, and presence?

Through somatic practice, anatomical orientation, guided imagery, touch, and improvisational dance, we create a space where inner processes can become embodied. We listen inwardly, allow impulses to unfold, and let movement emerge from sensation.

Our dance becomes a journey along the vertical landscape of the body—a playful exploration of grounding and expansion, centering and expression. Open to all who wish to discover the hidden intelligence of their glands and cultivate vibrant, embodied presence, clarity, and aliveness.
